Shipping / Return Information
Shipping:
We appreciate your business here at BirdCageandStand.com and know your order is important to you.
Therefore we ship as quickly as possible usually within 48 hours of receiving order approval. Although we do our best to have your order shipping quickly as possible we do ask that you allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. We use FedEx and/or UPS as our shipping service. Sorry, but we do not ship larger items to PO BOX addresses.
Our bird toy selections are sent via USPS. At this time, we do not ship outside the 48 continental United States. Orders received on weekends and holiday are processed on the next business day.
Returns / Claims:

Return method of shipping accepted is by FedEx or UPS only. Return shipping fees are customer responsibility. Upon return acceptance we will issue a refund minus our shipping cost. Sorry we do not refund shipping fees.
Please contact us immediately at 757-468-1731. Claims for shortage, damage, or shipping error must be made within

Toy Returns / Claims:
Sorry, due to safety issues we DO NOT accept toy returns . If you receive an item you feel needs to be returned please contact us as quickly as possible so that we can resolve the issue.
